I think EnactJudo wants you to add a hint of depth and perhaps a belly button, so the area is not so flat.

I'm fine with the pasties, but since she's underwater, and the lighting is from above, are the shadows intentionally so?
Either way, keep up the good work.

I like how the background is pixelised but the characters clear.

The horn is not centralised for the background.
